We want you to be delighted with your Ted Baker purchase, but if it is not quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Ted Baker tags are intact and including the original delivery note.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
